Family Parkour

Family parkour is a community focused group led by coach Jason Budd. This class will teach you to work together with your kids to learn skills such as coordination and balance. Family parkour will also teach basic vaults, jumps, and beginner level acro. This class is for all levels and ages looking to learn and grow together. Come play some games, and see your little ones face light up as you overcome obstacles!

Parkour 6 - 11

Welcome to our high-energy Parkour class designed for aspiring traceurs and ninjas aged 6-11. Our one-hour session is packed with excitement and learning, guaranteed to keep young adventurers engaged from start to finish. We kick things off with a comprehensive warm-up and stretch routine to ensure your child's safety and flexibility. The next 20 minutes are all about Parkour, where participants will develop their agility and conquer thrilling challenges. Followed by 20 minutes dedicated to Ninja Warrior, where kids can put their strength and balance to the test. We wrap up the class with a cool-down to promote recovery and flexibility. It's an action-packed hour that combines fitness, creativity, and skill-building, all in a safe and supportive environment. Your child will leave with new super tricks, increased confidence, and a heroic smile that lasts long after the class ends.

Parkour 10+

Welcome to our thrilling Parkour class for those aged 10 and up! This one-hour session follows a dynamic class structure that's sure to challenge and inspire. We begin with a dedicated warm-up and stretching session to ensure everyone is ready for action. The next 20 minutes focus on Parkour, where participants will refine their skills, conquer obstacles, and explore their limits. Then, it's on to our Ninja Warrior segment, a high-intensity 20 minutes that will test strength, balance, and determination. We end the class with a cooldown to promote recovery and flexibility.

Mighty Movers 3, 4 & 5

Our Mighty Mover 3 class is a one-of-a-kind experience designed for our inquisitive 3-year-olds who are still discovering the world. These classes encourage independence in our little ones – they're 'Raisin' independent' sessions where anything might happen! At this age, your child might still be figuring out what a teacher is, what standing in line means, and how to follow rules. In our Mighty Mover 3 classes, we create a nurturing space for your child to learn these fundamental concepts through the modality of gymnastics. Each class runs for a fun-packed 45 minutes and includes a gentle warm-up, an imaginative stretching circle, an ever-changing gymnastics centered obstacle course, and ends with a delightful game that keeps the excitement alive.

Our Mighty Movers 4 & 5 combo class is tailor-made for our energetic 4 and 5-year-olds, offering an engaging environment for their continued growth and development. In this class, your child will embark on a gymnastics journey that fosters physical skills, teamwork, and discipline, all while having a blast. These 45-minute sessions are thoughtfully designed to include a warm-up, skill-building activities, gymnastics challenges, and exciting games that keep the excitement level high. It's a wonderful opportunity for your child to enhance their agility, balance, and coordination while building confidence in a supportive and fun-filled atmosphere.

Beginning Tumbling 6-11

Welcome to our Beginning Tumbling Class, tailored for kids aged 6-11. In this one-hour session, we cover all the bases of tumbling. We start with a 15-minute warm-up and stretching to ensure a safe and effective practice. The next 10 minutes are dedicated to tumbling-specific strength and conditioning exercises, building the necessary skills and muscle coordination. The heart of the class is a focused 20-minute segment, where we introduce and refine the basics of tumbling, from forward rolls to cartwheels. As the class progresses, we challenge our young tumblers with a 10-minute push to try harder skills. We then conclude the class with a 5-minute cooldown for flexibility and to prevent muscle tightness. Whether your child is an aspiring cheerlead, dancer, acrobat or just wants to learn tumbling, our Beginning Tumbling Class offers a supportive and engaging environment for skill development and confidence building

As the class progresses, we challenge our older tumblers with a 15-minute push to tackle harder skills.
