Q: Do I need any equipment to work out with you?

A: Nope! If you have equipment at home that you would like to use I am happy to incorporate it into your workouts, but no equipment is required.

Q: What age groups do you train?

A: My clients range in age from young children to elderly individuals. I'm here to tailor your training to your specific needs regardless of age.
 

Q: What if I don't have much experience with exercise?

A: No problem! I'll guide you through the basics to ensure that you have a good foundation for your workouts.

Q: How do I sign up for a program?

A: All programming and training will start with an initial consultation so we can get to know each other and I can learn about what you need in a program. You can visit my custom programming page to review the programming options before signing up!
